As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a highly qualified, motivated, and experienced NDIS Marketing based in Goulburn Valley to join our team.   Position Overview  As the NDIS Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and ensuring the sustainable expansion of our services particularly within the Chinese and African, Middle Eastern communities in the Goulburn Valley NDIS market. You are also expected to contribute to sector development within the region and contribute towards the social assistance industry within the region.   Key Responsibilities: (Skills and experiences required)
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NDIS sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NDIS planners, support coordinators, and participants.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to create and execute a comprehensive business development strategy.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent Beyond Choice at industry events, conferences, and meetings. Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients and partners. Provide guidance to the marketing team for the creation of marketing materials and campaigns targeting the NDIS market.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the delivery of quality services to NDIS participants.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
Qualifications: (Skills and experiences required)
  • Proven track record for at least 10 years in business development either in a domestic or international settings
  • High-level degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
  • Qualification in Marketing at least at a Diploma level
  • Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and policies.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.
  Benefits:

Positive Wellness Recovery Centre is devoted to supporting people in our community to live at their best every day, regardless of age, abilities and circumstances. We believe in the capacity of all people to achieve wonderful outcomes and to lead fulfilling lives. We are seeking experienced Support Workers in the northern suburbs who are able to care for both young individuals and adults living with a disability with carrying support needs to enhance physical, social, emotional and intellectual development. A successful candidate needs to be experienced in complex Disability care and passionate about helping others maintain their quality of life. You'll need to be compassionate, empathetic and a detail orientated individual who possess strong listening and communication skills to be successful. As a Support Worker you could be working in people's homes, in the community or in health and social care settings and may help with tasks such as mobility, eating and drinking or personal care. You will need the ability to provide specialist care such as PEG feeding, hoisting, bowel care, catheter care, overnight respite and dealing with complex behaviours. Duties and responsibilities of a Support Worker are unique and varied because those we support have unique needs. Whilst this can be a diverse role, the focus is always on supporting a person to lead a fulfilling and more independent life. Candidates with autism experience will be highly regarded. Must Haves Prior to Employment
  • Minimum of Cert 3 in Aged Care/ Disability/ HACC/ Individual Support OR O/S Nurse/ Doctors OR Currently pursuing Bachelors/ Diploma of Nursing with at least 1 completed placements
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Experience in Disability Home Care, Aged Care and/or Community Work
  • National Police Check and International Police Check (If Applicable)
  • Employee Working with Children Check
  • Mental Health First Aid is desirable
  • Valid Australian work rights
Full Victorian Driver's license and a reliable and insured car
